i bought one of your fancy-ass office chairs, because mine is shot. it's no harder to put together than ikea furniture, and you even thoughtfully color-coded the bolts. the problem is that you color-coded the threads and you used some sort of spray-on plastic -- it's not paint -- to color-code them. the bolts, unsurprisingly, will not fit in their holes now, because they're too thick.

so, i'm going to go to my local big-box store tomorrow and pick up some new bolts, because i'm tired of trying to get this plastic stuff out of the threads. because i didn't already have too much to do this weekend.

please stab yourselves in the eye with the cheap hex key that came with the chair,
