it snowed!

yesterday. which is my first snowfall of the season. we got a few inches, but i didn't get a chance to measure it before random neighborhood kids played in my pretty snow. not that i care about that, but i was curious how much we got, because early december snowfalls are unusual for this area.

so, per long-standing tradition, i'm taking tomorrow off.

i finally uploaded my vacation pictures to the y-brand dubiously-secure photo-sharing site. i'll probably post a little on the trip, though i'm still burned out enough on writing that it'll be a lot less than usual.

i took surprisingly fewer pictures than normal, but i think i ended up with a larger fraction that failed to suck.
