we saw the eclipse

which was about 90% coverage for us. the sky was mostly overcast during the eclipse, so we were lucky to get a look at it at its maximum. dïe überblønde took some pictures, but i didn't feel like dragging out my real camera for a partial eclipse, and my ancient phone couldn't focus on the sun through the filter i had over the lens.
