I have just enough experience with Dahlias to be dangerous so I'm going to be quiet and wait for your report on what the Dahlia Expert says! That is a lovely flower tho! Glad you had the energy to get it out of the ground. All my Dahlia's are in pots just now. Next year some of them should go in the ground and some of them should go to a new home.
