well, at least two bushes, if one wants decent yields.
they're not planted yet, tho. while i completed round one of pH adjustment, i haven't checked to see what pH the soil settled at. (oddly, while the local water is somewhat acid, it's a very weak acid; using RO water changed the colorimetry only a little.) i also need to get peat moss, since the soil in the back bed isn't as good as i thought. oh, it's a nice brown color, but what i have in the other beds is almost black, so i should add more organic matter to it. (blueberries' roots lack root hairs, so they need to have a lot of organics in the ground to avoid drying out.)
i did get all the annuals planted, tho, so they're no longer muttering darkly when i pass them. 'course, now that i planted them, the weather disservice has posted another frost warning. :P
