i may need another garden bed

we went through an heirloom seed catalog last night. between what i'd previously dog-eared, and what dïe überblønde wanted, i may have to dig out more space for gardens. a real tragedy, i know.

among the many things dïe überblønde wants is an heirloom poppy. an old heirloom poppy, that produces very familiar seed heads. (we saw the real deal in pakistan.) well, i guess i have a source of alternate income, should i need it. also, apparently a good source of poppy seeds, basically for free. time for more baking.

also time to think harder about buying or building an arbor. i was already thinking of buying a small one for climbing plants, but it looks like i'm going to be growing more kinds of nasturtiums and sweet peas than i'd thought.

anybody tried to build their own arbor?
