i've been planting sweet william for years now as part of a wildflower seed mix. spring is now sweet william season:



i wish i had more of the bi-color ones, since both of us prefer multi-colored flowers to monochrome ones:

i didn't even know it was possible! i'm going to try to collect seeds from it once it gets that far. if i can get more red ones, i'll be thrilled.
